Ok all you fantasy football freaks out there. The draft is done, and OTAs are underway. That means the new NFL season is JUST around the corner! This year we will continue with the Grand Prix format, and we hope to expand that to 36 teams (3 leagues of 12). There may be some minor alterations this year in how we run the Grand Prix as I discuss changes with my pops. This might include minor point adjustments in the algorithm or other small changes, but nothing that will drastically change the game. The buy-in will stand firm at 35 dollars. Additionally, Dane's Fantasy Football will continue to host the Dynasty League (props to all the OG's that have been with me for over 12 years now). I currently have requested some bids to have some web design done so that the signup process is MUCH smoother for 2025. You can expect to pay through the website this year which will take a LOT of hassle off my plate. I know some of you normally pay in cash, but please plan on using the website this year. Remember the goal here is to expand, and when we get big enough, I won't be able to manually track all the managers out there...and that's a good thing! Finally, I encourage everyone to DOWNLOAD the Wix Mobile APP. I'm not trying pimp for my Website host, but it really is the best way for you to stay informed. We are all busy and don't always check email. The APP will allow you to get push notifications when new information is available. This not only keeps you informed of CRITICAL administrative requirements, but also notifies you of fun posts and updates regarding the leagues. I can't tell you how many people told me last year that they didn't know I was doing regular recaps during the season and that once they starting reading them they really enjoyed it!! Getting the APP will help everyone stay engaged and get more fun out of the season!!! An added benefit is that it drives traffic to this site...which definitely isn't why I do this. However, more traffic will definitely mean a better chance of growing the league in the future. That means more prize money! It might also mean different types of leagues. I have a couple ideas brewing for different league types in the future, so if you like the Grand Prix, you can only imagine what I might cook up next!! I'm really looking forward to getting this thing off the ground again this year. Running this service and participating with you all is one of my great joys, and the anticipation of kickoff gets me more excited that Elon Musk with governmental authority!! LETS GOOOOOO!!!!!
